Balog Antal: On the L1 norm of trigonometric polynomials with multiplicative coefficients

Abstract: We describe the recent work of Pandey and Radziwill about the
L1 norm of trigonometric polynomials with coefficients given by the
Liouville function. The method is flexible and works for many similar
polynomials, for example, with the Mobius function.
