 A serious hurdle of the application of non-additive probabilities in strategic models has been the lack of ,,nice" method to generate non-additive probabilities. In this talk we introduce the notion of non-additive probability, shed lights on its applications, and most importantly, provide a ,,nice" method to generate non-additive probabilities.
