Dmitry Zhelezov: Rooted trees and the sum-product phenomenon for integer sets

We discuss a novel approach to the sum-product conjecture of Erd\H{o}s and Szemeredi based on a tree representation
of an integer set and a recent progress on additive properties of multidimensional sets. This is a joint work with I. Ruzsa and G. Shakan.
